The process begins with an individual assessment of your dog’s temperament, behaviour and ability to remain comfortable around people, activity, noise and everyday school experiences.
Suitable dogs can then begin personalised training designed around their current skills, intended role and proposed working environment. Sessions may be completed face-to-face at our Kotara office, online through Zoom or Teams, or onsite for an additional fee.
Training supports both dog and handler, with practical guidance for calm behaviour, appropriate interactions, handling, rest and welfare. Once your dog begins working at school, annual onsite checks help ensure they remain comfortable and well supported in their role.
